Under his executive leadership the company grew from a small startup to over $600M in sales.
Steve has a 30 year track record of building, leading, and growing consumer product businesses. He uses his accumulated knowledge of best practices to assist companies with strategic planning, sales, marketing, product development, project development, and negotiation skills. As a C-level interim manager, Steve’s hands-on, no-nonsense leadership and ability to direct and motivate teams results in execution excellence and a dramatic impact on the bottom line. With more than 25 years in sales management experience, Dwayne has delivered over $2B in revenues with start ups and established manufacturers. With extensive experience building and managing sales teams to drive all channels including retail, digital, distribution, OEM and solution providers.
From 1985 through 2003, Mr. Bellow was Sr. Director of Sales at Belkin where he was personally responsible for establishing direct relationships and securing nearly all major accounts for the company. In addition to managing the sales department in the USA, Mr. Bellow was also responsible for establishing sales teams to secure new business opportunities in Australia, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Under Mr. Bellow’s sales leadership, Belkin grew to a $600+ million global supplier.

Since forming The Bellow Group, Dwayne has served as the outsourced VP of Sales for several companies including Griffin Technology, Tridentcase, Vestia Products, Omnicharge and others.
Todd Word has more than 12 years of sales and marketing experience developing, managing, and implementing retail / B2B sales strategy and initiatives.
Starting out answering the phones at mobile accessory manufacturer Griffin Technology, Todd grew quickly through up the ranks of Sales management - first directly managing national retail accounts such as Apple, CompUSA, and RadioShack, then overseeing the Sales department as Inside Sales Manager, and then to developing and implementing global sales strategy as Vice President of Sales. Over the years, Todd has sold to and/or overseen the sales strategy for practically every major US retailer, B2B solution provider, and distributor: Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, CDW, Staples, D&H, Brightstar, Verizon, AT&T, and Asurion to name a few.
Additionally, Todd spearheaded the creation and development of Griffin's direct retail sales initiative including a flagship inline retail store at Westfield Stratford City in London and multiple “MicroStore” (mall kiosk) retail locations throughout the United States.
